Physical Education (PE) Program

At Montessori School of San Clemente, we believe movement and physical development are an important part of early childhood learning. Our Physical Education (PE) program is specially designed for children ages 3–6 years old and is led by a professional coach experienced in working with young children.

Movement & Skill Building

Through fun and engaging activities, children develop:

  • Large motor skills and body coordination
  • Balance, strength, and confidence
  • Teamwork and sportsmanship
  • Listening skills and the ability to follow directions
  • Healthy movement habits and active lifestyles

Our younger students are introduced to beginner ball sports in a positive and encouraging environment. Soccer and tennis are two of the main focuses of our PE program, helping children build coordination, concentration, and confidence while having fun with their friends.

It is truly amazing to watch our little learners proudly swing a tennis racket over the net, kick a soccer ball with confidence, and grow stronger through movement each week. Our PE classes combine learning, exercise, teamwork, and joy — creating meaningful experiences that support the development of the whole child.
