Our Staff
Meet the Montessori School of San Clemente Team.
All of our teachers are CPR and First Aid Certified and have cleared background checks with the Federal criminal records department. Our teachers are here to aid the children in developing a sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and independence in learning. In addition to being teachers, all of the staff are expected to be loving caretakers.
Infant Room 1 Staff
Ms. Therese
Lead Teacher
Guided by 20 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, Ms. Therese brings deep care, patience, and wisdom to the infant program. She is motivated by the joy of
learning—both alongside the children and through every new stage of their development. Her gentle, nurturing approach helps each baby feel safe, loved, and supported from the very start.

Sanaz is an experienced early childhood educator with 5 years of nurturing young learners. Passionate about creating supportive, engaging classrooms,she is dedicated to helping children grow through play, curiosity, and care
Ms. Hana
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Hana has over five years of experience working with infants. She understands the unique needs and routines of babies and brings patience, warmth, and attentiveness to her classroom. She truly enjoys caring for our youngest children and supporting their early development.
Ms. Melanie
Assitant Teacher
Ms. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is beginning an exciting new journey in Early Childhood Education. Working with babies has always been one of her dreams, and she has a special love for young infants. She brings a gentle, caring, and enthusiastic spirit to the classroom.

Driven by a genuine love for early childhood education, Ms. Anadalay brings 7 years of hands-on experience and a strong foundation in early childhood studies. She finds true joy in working with children, creating a warm and supportive space where they can learn, grow, and shine.

With 3 years of experience in early childhood care, Ms. Serena has a special love for working with infants. She finds joy in nurturing their growth and celebrating each milestone, creating a warm, supportive space where little ones feel safe, loved, and encouraged every step of the way.

Lead teacher of Toddler
Ms. Juliet has 10+ years of educational experience and a passion for working with Infant toddler children. She loves creating a warm and engaging classroom where every child can thrive.

ECE Teacher
Ms. Juliana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Winthrop University in South Carolina and brings several years of experience as a Preschool Teacher. She enjoys supporting young children through their important early years and creating a positive and caring learning environment.

Ms. Bianca
Lead Teacher
Ms. Bianca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Teaching Credential. She has over three years of experience working with children ages 2–3 and especially loves teaching two-year-olds. She is passionate about creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children can learn, grow, and feel confident.

Ms. Clarissa, holds her bachelor's degree of nursing also education major, she loves kids and been working with preschoolers for years.

Lead Teacher
Ms. Alma has 8 years of experience working with children, from infants through school-age, and has also served in an administrative role. Her well-rounded background in both classroom and leadership settings allows her to support students, families, and staff with care and professionalism.
Spanish Immersion Room 10 Staff

Ms. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and brings years of experience leading a Montessori Spanish Immersion classroom. She is a true master of the Spanish Immersion program and is passionate about creating an authentic Montessori environment where children naturally learn and communicate in Spanish throughout their day.

Lead Teacher
Ms. Belinda holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 2.5 years of experience nurturing young minds. With a deep passion for working with children, she is currently pursuing her Montessori certification to further support each child’s unique growth and development in a calm, caring environment.

Ms. Kim
Lead Teacher
Ms. Kim began her early childhood journey as a room mom, sparking her passion for working with children. She has 7 years of experience in education and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, bringing a unique and caring perspective to her role.
Ms. Brianna
ECE Teacher
Ms. Brianna has graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Specialty Therapy Educator, as well as a fully credentialed Early Childhood Teacher. She works closely with children with great love, patience, and dedication. Ms. Brianna is passionate about supporting each child’s emotional, social, and academic growth while creating a nurturing and caring environment for every child in her care.

Ms. Michelle believes in inspiring both children and educators to reach their fullest potential with kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment.

Combining 11 years of experience in early childhood education, a UCI Montessori certification, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Ms. Aura brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as Assistant Director. She is dedicated to supporting both children and staff, fostering a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can thrive and every educator feels empowered.
